Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LandForger (landforger.com), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. References to “we”, “us”, or “LandForger” refer to the operator of this service.

2. Description of service

LandForger is a SaaS platform that generates and hosts landing pages for iOS applications using data fetched from Apple App Store Connect. You connect your App Store Connect account, select an app, and LandForger publishes a publicly accessible landing page at a URL on landforger.com.

3. Accounts and organisations

  • You must create an account to use LandForger. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Each Clerk organisation corresponds to one Apple Developer account. You must not connect an Apple Developer account that you do not own or are not authorised to use.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or organisation.

4. App Store Connect credentials

By providing your App Store Connect API credentials (Issuer ID, Key ID, and .p8 private key), you authorise LandForger to access your App Store Connect data on your behalf solely to generate and update your landing pages. Credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. You may revoke access at any time by deleting your credentials from the Settings page.

You represent that you are authorised to grant this access and that your use of the App Store Connect API complies with Apple's developer terms.

5. Published content

  • Landing pages generated by LandForger include your app's name, description, screenshots, icon, and other metadata sourced from Apple. You represent that you own or are licensed to use this content.
  • AI-generated copy (taglines, summaries, feature descriptions) is produced automatically. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting it before publishing.
  • You must not publish pages that are deceptive, promote illegal activity, infringe third-party rights, or violate Apple's terms of service.
  • We reserve the right to remove published pages that violate these Terms without notice.

6. Plans, billing, and refunds

  • LandForger offers a free plan (up to 3 landing pages) and a paid Pro plan ($19/month, up to 25 pages). Plan details may change; changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will consider requests made within 7 days of a charge on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at admin@union25.com.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use LandForger to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in an automated manner.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Publish false, misleading, or deceptive landing pages.

8. Intellectual property

LandForger and its underlying software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of the operator. You retain ownership of your app content and any edits you make to AI-generated copy. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to host and serve your landing pages on our infrastructure.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

10. Termination

You may delete your organisation and associated data at any time from the Settings page, or contact us to request full account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your published landing pages will be taken offline and your data deleted within 30 days.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandForger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established.
